Konbanwa (good night). Tonight we are going to learn on how to write kanji "Kuni". Kuni means country or nation.
In this kanji there are 8 strokes. I think until today this kanji is the biggest number of strokes that we had learned. Although the stroke number is big, but it is simple so if you follow the instruction in the video i`m sure that you can write it.
The first stroke is from top to bottom, then the second stroke is from left to right then go to bottom, then the third stroke is from left to right. The fourth stroke is from top to bottom. The fifth stroke is again from left to right. The sixth stroke is from left to right too and the seventh stroke is just tick from bottom to top. The final stroke is from left to right to close the box.
Kun-yomi for the above kanji is "Kuni" or "Guni".
On-yomi for the above kanji is "Koku" or "Goku".
A few words that use kanji "国" are as below:-
Kuni (国) = Country
Kuni-guni (国々) = Countries
Koku-ou (国王) = King
Koku-sai (国際) = International
